Terms and Conditions/Rules and Regulations
1)Each article is to contain at least 70-100 words.
2)Maximum words will be around 600 words.
3)Articles are not to contain the following -
- The use of profanity or patently vulgar language is strictly prohibited. This includes the use of language that is racist, hateful, sexual or obscene in nature.
If the profane words are part of a title for the item being sold, we allow authors to 'blurb' out the bulk of the offending word with asterisks (i.e., s*** or f***).
4) OffGamers may monitor user-generated content as it chooses and reserves the right to remove, edit or otherwise alter content that it deems inappropriate for any reason. By posting you agree that your comments may be republished by OffGamers and in print.
5) You may not post content that is libelous, defamatory, obscene, abusive, that violates a third party’s right to privacy, that otherwise violates any applicable local, state, national or international law, or that is otherwise inappropriate. Furthermore, you may not post content that degrades others on the basis of gender, race, class, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual preference, disability or other classification. Language intended to intimidate or to incite violence will not be tolerated. In addition, by posting material on the blog comments, you represent that you have the legal right to reproduce, adapt, display, and distribute this material to others. OffGamers will not be held responsible for posted information that may infringe on a third party’s copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
6)The promotion of external sites, especially gaming sites is strictly prohibited.
7)Each author is expected to submit at least 50 articles every 3 (THREE) months in order to qualify for the monetary rewards.
8)Prizes will only be issued every 3 (THREE) months.
9)The top prize of USD$1000 and the Adsense profits will be issued only to the top 3 authors achieving the highest hit counts for their work.
10)All decisions made regarding the winning entries are final.
11)OffGamers will not be held liable for any prizes that have failed to be deposited into the winners' submitted bank details.
12) OffGamers reserved the rights to call off this competition, change the prize and/or amending the terms and conditions of this competition without prior notice. This promotion is subjected to the current terms and conditions as may be imposed by OffGamers from time to time.
13) All projected benefits from Adsense are estimations and are subject to change.
