Live chat offline? 1 Year, 5 Months ago Karma: 0
Hi there,

Was just wondering about the live chat system being down, saying unable to connect to server. Just I'm having trouble entering in a key and would like to get it sorted

(Note: I've already e-mailed support, but it being the weekend I don't expect a response for a while!)

Our apologies for any inconvenience regarding the live chat being down as such issues are dealt with in the soonest time and will usually only last for a couple of hours or so.

Has your query been resolved? Is there any further assistance required at the moment?

As I said I contacted support via e-mail and they got back to me a while ago with a working solution.
